Parent–Teacher Interviews

We now use Daymap for booking end-of-term interviews with teachers. Parents can make and manage bookings through the Daymap Parent Portal on a desktop browser or via the Daymap Companion mobile app.

To Book Interviews

• Log in to the Daymap Parent Portal or open the Daymap Companion App.
• Interview events will appear on the Home tab under the Parent Teacher Interviews section.
• Click on the event to view available times and book with your child’s teachers.
• If you have more than one child, use the student drop-down menu to select the correct student.
• Choose your preferred interview method (if applicable) and confirm your booking.

To View or Cancel Bookings

• Go to the Calendar tab to see your scheduled interviews.
• Click on a booking to view details or cancel if needed.

SLC – Student Led Conference

SLC sessions will take place on the Wednesday of the last week of each term (excluding Term 4).

These sessions allow you to book interviews with your child’s Care Teacher.

If you require a translator or wish to meet with the Aboriginal Team, please contact your child’s Care Teacher directly.
